合伙人提供停车场信息，海智汇科审核建站数据。
符合建站条件并完成充电站建设实现运营。海智汇科给项目信息方每个车位500元信息费。
合伙人能够完成场站运营维护，海智汇科向合伙人提供项目收益的3%作为回报。
